At Altma, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.


Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across select locations.

An additional ₹80 COD charge will be applied at checkout for all COD orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.


Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Altma is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
