Return & Refund Policy

At Altma, we take pride in delivering high-quality car fragrances designed for everyday use. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns Policy

All Altma products are non-returnable.

As our car fragrances fall under personal-use and consumable categories, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of preference, scent dislike, or accidental orders

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
